- 2 valid IDs with 3 specimen signatures of borrower and co-borrower
- Latest 6 months bank statement
- Latest Certificate of Employment with compensation details
- Latest 2 months payslip
- Contact details of HR
- Proof of Billing
- Sign bank authorization (form will be provided)
- Statement of Account (SOA) for Take-out

- Complete copy of Title (CT, CCT or OCT)
- Tax Declaration (Land and Building)
- Real Estate Tax Receipt (Land and Building)
